Overview

In accordance with the Governance Manual for Community & Comprehensive Schools, the board of management are required to prepare an annual budget each year and following agreement by the board of management to submit it to the school’s Patron/Trustees for approval. The school budget must be submitted to the Department of Education before the end of June 2021. In order to assist the school with the preparation of the budget the FSSU is holding a School Budgeting 2021/2022 and Annual Finance Update Webinar.

The webinar is free of charge and is open to Principals, Clerical Officers and any other school personnel involved in the budget preparation process such as finance subcommittee members.
