Fundraising
Many schools engage in various forms of fund-raising and other activities organised by parents, students and teachers. The board of management has ultimate responsibility for all such funds raised and must make sure that they are properly recorded and included in the overall school accounts. Donations
The school may receive donations from the Trustees, Past Pupils’ Union, Parents, Parents’ Council and/or local business. You will find information on the Charitable Donation scheme, along with sample letter of acceptance and sample receipt template on the donation section below.
